What helped me was just taking time to really look through older posts on the subject and have learned a ton from doing that. Mine still isn't perfect as I am still learning, but what I do is put the unofficial Skyrim Patch at the top. Any foliage mods under that. Any quest mods below them. Any cheats after like cheat room, or fast levelling. After that any weapons or Armor mods. Not sure if I am 100% right, but it's been mostly working for me so far.
